Delete your Makor account
- App:
- מקור – חשבוניות לעסקים
- Developer:
- Secure RO
This page explains how to ask for your Makor account and the data linked to it to be deleted — whether you use the website or the Makor app for Android.
How to request deletion
- Email yaron@securero.io from the address registered on your Makor account.
- Use the subject "Account deletion request". If the account manages more than one business, name them.
- We confirm the request came from the account owner, delete the account, and confirm by email within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in details: name, email address, password and two-factor authentication.
- Every session and device signed in to the account, including the Makor Android app.
- All other account details the law does not require us to keep.
What is kept, and for how long
- Documents the business issued (invoices, receipts and the like), their PDFs and the bookkeeping records are kept for at least seven years from the end of the tax year they were issued in, as Israeli bookkeeping rules require, and deleted when that period ends.
- The audit log — the record of actions taken in the account, kept for security and as evidence — is kept for the same period and deleted at its end.
Deleting only some of your data
You can ask the same way for specific data to be deleted without closing the account. Data the law requires us to keep is kept as described above.
Signing out of the app or uninstalling it does not delete the account.
